The Hobble Creek Blues eXperiment (HCBX) is the brain child of Kirk Rasmussen who has created a venue for music lovers tucked away in the beautiful confines of Hobble Creek Canyon. Now in its fifth generation, the annual event turns Rotary Park into a bandstand that features some of the best musicians along the Wasatch front. The event is loaded with performers who have an appreciation for the blues and spend their time entertaining a cross mix of attendees that span the entire musical spectrum. Everyone is welcomed to attend. Bring a lawn chair and an appetite for great music and great food. As night falls on the canyon and the stage lights are aglow, there's nothing better then hanging with friends and family under a canopy of stars and the moon rising above the canyon walls while finding your groove.
